fall tour starts 9/20
our fall 2024 tour starts on september 20th. we will be playing with some really cool bands called Worry Club and Oso Oso (you would love them both). we are playing some states for the very first time, like nebraska! we have never set foot or tire in nebraska before. we were supposed to drive through it on our last big tour but juno insisted on re-routing our drive through kansas and adding 2 hours to our ETA because they really really wanted to go to kansas and they'd made a spotify playlist called "manifesting kansas" based on this intense desire to go to kansas so instead of going to nebraska like our gps was begging us to, we drove through kansas and listened to that playlist. it was a great drive and a great playlist. its public if you want to listen to it. we cant wait to see you at a show this fall and make more fun road memories

we signed to Hopeless Records
on halloween 2023 we signed to Hopeless Records via PandaDoc. though it is admittedly anti-climactic to make a career-altering decision via email, nothing could dampen our excitement!! we had both grown up barely knowing what a record label did, much less knowing the names of any. despite our youthful naivete to the industry, we somehow both grew up absolutely knowing Hopeless Records and loving the shit out of all their bands. it has always been clear to us how important they've always been to our scene and we are so grateful to now be a part of it. it honestly feels so surreal and most days i still need to pinch myself. ive got legit scabs yall, from the constant pinching!!!
behind the scenes of our new music video "But I'm a Quarterback"
creating this music video was one of the most exciting and most tiring things we've done. we genuinely didn't have a location secured until 8am the morning of shooting (shoutout Dyker Heights). we had ordered custom jerseys and we found out 48 hours before shooting that they were not going to be ready in time, so juno had to pull 2 all nighters in a row to hand stitch the customization onto amazon blanks. and juno ALSO had to make the custom signs and football helmets!! wow juno was really busy n retrospect. taryn was kinda chillin during all this ngl. anyways the morning of we still didn't have any football players locked down. all of taryn and juno's male friends are honestly twinks so we had to recruit big strong dudes to be in the video and it was a struggle. but we pulled it off!! luckily the cheerleaders were easy to cast because all of our friends are hot asf. and we are so thankful to each and every fan who showed up to be extras in our sideline crowd and hold our silly signs <3 taryn's favorite is the one that says "unpaid extra" and juno's favorite is "have you seen my daughter?" - which one is your favorite? oh and taryn's really good friend from college filmed / edited / color graded / produced etc. the whole music video and that was a really super fun collaboration to do. the night shots in the video were done on taryn's apartment roof which was really cool and when the song came out we had a single release party in the same spot we shot those scenes in. this video was essentially a labor of love amongst the band and all their friends and for everyone who was involved we are eternally grateful. Is that enough behind the scenes commentary? if not just let us know whatcha wanna know and we'll add more. oh the whole premise of the video and even a lot of the specific shots were juno's ideas! they majored in film and directed all of our previous music videos themselves. theyre so talented. everyone thank juno for these super sick music videos.
